My GF’s 4’9” purple haired nose-ringed co-worker made a office wide announcement the other day that for now on she demands to be referred to as a “They”.
Apparently everybody was rolling their eyes.
She’s the one you see at all of the pro-gay protests...You know the type.
She was arrested at a Boston straight pride rally a few months back for violence.

The wording change is sort of useless, but the requirement that AF personnel wear those beanie hats (with propellers spinning) while singing the song is really bad...

I went to my brother-in-law's retirement from the Air Force a few years back. He was a LTC, civil engineer. Never served overseas (his overseas tours were in Alaska and his "unaccompanied" tour was a weather station about 3 hours drive from their home in Fairbanks).
Everything was going fine until they sang the Air Force song. I had to choke back laughter when a bunch of civil engineer types sang about "zooming to meet their thunder..." and "at 'em boys, give it the gun..." Don't get me wrong, I salute anyone who honorably served, but the Air Corps song was over-the-top.
For the record, my dad was in the Army Air Corps and the Air Force as a pilot from 1943-1973. I was not a great warrior or in combat, but I was an Armor officer during the Cold War and served a total of 21 years active and reserve.
