No, there are no “conservative” justices. There are constitutionalists, and there are extra-constitutionalists. We want justices who simply interpret law constitutionally, not “conservatively.”

I would think threatening a judge, in reference to a specific case, could be contempt. Schumer should be charged accordingly.
