Obviously, the “conservative” Miss Rubin hasn’t seen Joe Senile’s performance yesterday online in Illinois. Its on Breitbart and is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. I don’t want to make fun of Biden’s dementia but I can readily make fun of the technical support who put this garbage together; Biden is on for about four minutes, makes no sense, the video is totally jumbled, and shows pictures of Sen. Take what happened with Dr. Helen Y. Chu and her colleagues at the University of Washington and the Seattle Flu Study. They faced one regulatory delay after another in getting permission from the CDC to investigate what has been the deadliest outbreak in the US, accounting for 31 of the 40 deaths. The CDC was insisting that their labs first go through certification for clinical work, a process that would take weeks. But with lives on the line, Chu and her colleagues felt it would be unethical for them not to act, and they began performing coronavirus tests without government approval.

No one else seems to be mentioning this.

In reality, the truth is a bit more complex. This was a shuffle of finger-pointing and action avoidance between the CDC and the FDA the latter putting these things through a regulatory approval process before you can lawfully do them.
