The are increasingly out of the closet in my small town, laughing and prancing about town like demons.
There was a small group of them the other day in the local grocery store. Giggling as they cut in line in front of the mostly elderly customers. Most people just stood back and gaped at them wondering what was so funny.
What was funny (it seems in retrospect) was that these young gay men were "coming out"...flaunting their femininity and using it as an odd kind of weapon against the usual orderliness of the checkout lines (in which folks are often seen inviting others with fewer items to step in line ahead of themselves).
