First the policy was no gay men can donate blood, period.
Then the queers, said “Pretty please” and got the rule changed to a year without sex.
Now they want to change the rule to three months or do away with the policy all together?
Queers constitute a very small percentage of the population. It is not cost effective to change a national policy to please them. To say nothing of the dangers this could pose to the national blood supply.
But they can pump you full of a sodomite’s blood.
Nor can I because of the chemo I had for my cancer treatments.
HIV degrades the operating mechanism for a vaccine.
The billions, annually, from people infected with HIV.
Who will take those drugs, every day, for the rest of their lives.
Why on earth would anyone cut off that guaranteed income stream with a vaccine?

HIV attacks the actual components of the immune system that vaccines need in order to function. It’s an unusual type of virus in that aspect, fortunately, it’s nowhere near the contagion factor of many other diseases out there.
Even IF they could develop a vaccine for it, do you think they’d cut off billions of dollars in income every year for the one time vaccine profits?
