Wisconsin is 6% black, so I am sure that wealthier white folks have very little contact with them. So to them, all black people are the same, and mostly victims of oppression in their minds.
Which also explains why so many white people in Wisconsin are sooo liberal. But, let the Dindus shoot a few more of them, and they will get the point. They will start to discriminate between good black people and the others.
