It’s not legal for the governor to make rules that supersede the US Constitution and neither is it legal for the state legislature to do so.
I wonder where they pulled the May 3 rule from.

The previous order was April 24, new one is May 26. I am sorry to say Evers is my governor. I am royally pissed that he extended the April 24 deadline to the end of May. If Witless Witmer caved, I think this little wimp Evers will too. People were already doing whatever they wanted...plenty of cars in town when I went on Tuesday. We will not comply with his ridiculous order. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
