Not being a New Yorker, I am taking this to mean that Cuomo was going to try to strong-arm POTUS into the rest of us taxpayers in other states, paying for the 50% bonuses for front-line workers, all the money Andrew said he needs for their schools and hospitals, probably some new free housing for all of their illegals, etc., etc.
I hope POTUS just says, “No, next question.”

There is no such thing as private when it comes to anything that President Trump says. He is fully aware that CNN, etc. may even be listening in to his conversation with Cuomo.
