I can think of political reasons to monitor the Doctor, wrong, but the FBI stands exposed as a political enforcement arm of the left. Based on the actions of very few, but prominent, agents. I can't think of any legitimate reason based on what's said here. Can't rule out the possibility that Corsi is the one being monitored, I don't know why.
