Something that would be brought up by the defense in any civil trial. Either he told the truth when he said he was guilty or he lied under oath and committed perjury. We can debate the propriety of charging Flynn in the first place and probably find we agree, but I was addressing the idea of suing for false prosecution. Flynn's own actions make that difficult if not impossible.
Not sure what that means but I think Barr was well within his authority to drop the prosecution. If the judge continues with sentencing the that will create a judicial storm like we've never seen before.

But you know, I can foresee the evidentiary “voir dire” discovery examination on such on the record evidence of defense, Not only will it be embarrassing, but a potentially huge discovery of other evidence in support of Flynn’s case.

He means money. Private law suits.
There are thousands of Americans who were illegally unmasked. Each ONE of them has a civil case.And the perpatrators are personally liable, they exceeded their government authority.

False prosecution should be rather obvious since the reason he pled the way he did was because he couldn’t recall exactly what he said and the FBI materially altered [lied in] the 302s after the fact, including their quotes of his words.
Ethically, his decision to recuse himself was sound, it was the right thing to do. Our problem is that Democrats rarely recuse themselves, and Mueller’s entire team, or at least most of it, should have recused themselves.
That Hawaiian Federal Judge just ruled that Obama cannot be prosecuted for Treason, because he is not a citizen of the United States.
