Judge invites outside parties to weigh in on Flynn case.

You can bet a years salary that the corrupt BASTARD Obama has contacted this judge they are ALL in complete PANIC MODE!! I pray with ALL of my heart there are indictments for this corrupt crew!! I know it is very hard in DC however I am praying for a divine intervention where evidence is concerned, the good Lord just can’t let the lives of people be DESTROYED due to political corruption!!

After I found out this POS Judge refused amicus briefings 24 times in this case, and now he wants to allow amicus briefings because the DOJ wants the charges to be dismissed, tells me all I need to know about Judge Sullivan. He's a freakin' crook. He's been doing exactly what the deep state has wanted him to do all along...to drag this case out as long as possible to help his cronies. I hope the Judge pays the price one day for his selling his soul to the party of Satan.

I’ve come to the same conclusion as you. The decision before him was quite straightforward. When it all boils down, the DOJ lied - lied to and about the defendant, and lied to the court. If that isn’t contempt of court and affront to justice, then we are not in the USA.

His behavior with Flynn is at odds with how he dealt with the FBI-DOJ lying to him in the Ted Stevens injustice 12 years ago. (Nothing substantive resulted, like prison for the govt criminals) Because he showed his disdain for Flynn earlier in the case (e.g. asking the DOJ if the considered charging Flynn with treason), despite walking it back, the judge is prejudiced against Flynn big time. ANd 2 things outside the courtroom happened last week/weekend that I theorize influenced him. 1st - the deep state - obozo’s timed, “leaked” “private call” about the threat to the “rule of law” in the DC media - it was planted as ex parte communication to the judge. The 2nd was Sidney Powell’s Sunday appearance where she tied obozo, possibly criminally, directly to causing her client legal problem. (Despite the truth, that could have been a tactical mistake on her part - she did not have to answer that at this time). The judge needs the amicus briefs to give him a way out of admitting into his decision the patent FBI-DOJ -obozo criminality, i.e. judge needs to have some legal sounding verbiage to give (il)legitmacy when he sentences Flynn. Dragging it out may be a side benefit. He is no longer a judge.

Yep...I agree. I’ve read that those two things played a big roll in Sullivan’s decision, but it still doesn’t justify his complete reversals, first on the 24 amicus briefs which he previously shot down in this case, and his quick dismissal of the Stevens case for Obama’s Injustice Dept. His actions with Flynn, just on these two issues show his complete bias. Sullivan ordered the prosecutors in the case to turn over all exculpatory evidence to the court and the defense years ago. Then when he finds out that the specific evidence documents he demanded, were deliberately hidden from him, and Flynn’s lawyers he ignores the declassified documents that were withheld, and decides to ask for outside help to make a decision. What normal Judge would do that? The guy has been on this bench for 26 years. He turns 73 next month. I’ll be 73 in August so I’m not against senior citizens holding these positions, but this guy has got to go. This Judge’s record will be forever tarnished by the political bias he’s applied in this case. He hasn’t even tried to hide it. It’s been there all along. Same thing with Amy Berman Jackson. They’re simply political hacks. And what a shame that this is what the taxpayers have to put up with...what their hard earned money is being wasted on. I hope he dies before he’s even allowed to retire, but if he does live, I hope he’s haunted every day by the fact that he sold his soul to the party of Satan.

There’s no transcript of his comments, but according to some reports he said he was concerned how this case could impact the 2020 election! He’s sworn to uphold he law, and the sanctity of the court, not make decisions based on politics, and should be debarred, impeached, or both for admitting it,
