Ten years?
“Catch me if you can.”
When the “paused” rent comes “due” in 10 years, California’s renters will find themselves to be prisoners of a new version of a DEBTORS’ PRISON.
In other words, this is a sneaky way for Democrat “leaders” to get their stupid “voters” to sell themselves into slavery.
For their own “good”, of course....
9 years and 11 months later they move out democrats ash the burning question how did that happen?.
A tax credit is the same as full rent only if the tax is100%. Otherwise, the landlord is out some cash. Does that get allocated to utilities, jntereest, property taxes? Glad I don’t do corporate income taxes in California. Illinois is enough of a mess.
