They don’t need Flynn convicted or sentenced, they need Flynn silenced and out of the Trump administration.

I think Powell can apply for injunctive relief to DC appeals judge. To stop this nonsense. Irrepable harm must be shown, don’t know if this meets that test, but I’d sure rush in today and make that application. That would shut this farce down
