I's a small enough amount that even if you're not over-the-moon about the salty-fishy taste, you can tell yourself "this is a fabulous and sophisticated snack", put it on a cracker with a bit of brie, once and done.
There's no particular benefit in eating a lot of it, anyhow. Zinc is just needed in trace amounts, but every day because it is water-soluble and the body does not store it.
