Yeh I noticed the noses were identical but the pics really do look different. Different ages.

Before fingerprints, ears were a pretty good identifying trait. Look at the ears. Look the same to me.

Not camera angle, camera setting. Looks like the cell phone video has made him (his face) thinner or the “mug shot photo” made his face wider.
