I can see the neck pin while you’re controlling him, but once you got two other guys on top, and he’s cuffed, basically seconds, it’s excess. It’s really excess once the guy goes silent. Covid or no.

The cops couldn’t know about all his medical conditions, or that he was in public spreading the virus, but they are trusted by the public to retain enough situational awareness to recognize when to switch from “restraint” to “protect”.

Unfortunately, the story of police brutality was hijacked by those who cherry-picked the race of the arresting officers to make it a race issue instead of what it really is - excessive use of force beyond what the circumstances required.

LVNR Lateral Vascular Neck Restraint. All of the blood to and from the brain goes up/down the side of the neck. Some in MMA call it a sleeper hold. Compress the sides of the neck and you cut off the blood supply to the brain... Nighty nite in seconds.

.....” excessive use of force beyond what the circumstances required”......

That should be left up to Minnesota authorities to determine rather than these raving mobs, who have clearly stated even after charging the other three officers....they're saying they aren't satisfied......”We're not done yet”.

Pressure to one side of the neck doesn’t cause someone to struggle in response ‘I can’t breath’ nor does it cause them to pass out from lack of blood to the brain. Floyd was able to move his head which meant the knee pressure wasn’t pinning him.

Like I said, depending on the pressure and the neck area the knee is applying the pressure to is not determined.

But you don’t pin a person on the ground by compressing his neck with your knee if he’s not resisting in a very serious way.

How do you know if Floyd was resisting or not?

Did you see uninterrupted video of the arrest from beginning to end or just snippets showing one side of the story?

Do you even care about the full story or are you jumping on the bandwagon because you were manipulated by edited videos?

Think about it.

First of all in an autopsy they directly grossly and microscopically exam the tissues including the lungs

The autopsy report says the kings were grossly and histologically normal

This really is that two months after infection things are normal. It destroys the usual fear porn on all levels. It kills the theory advanced by the Fearpers of permanent damage, and given that it is day 9 or protests we are now fully two incubation cycles and, guess what? The hospitals are not overwhelmed. The only thing causing bodies in the streets are riots

The ONE good thing of the riots is that it clearly demonstrates lock down and social distance were a complete fraud.

I am sure you will have numerous lame statements as to why I am wrong. But these are the facts. They are not in dispute. This ends the narratives of the fearpers.

None of you will admit you are and were wrong.

Or the drug screen is positive for heroin. It’s a direct test. You don’t need ratios to guess

Really. He says I can’t breath while someone is kneeling on his neck and you do this mental gymnastics to show its. It the cops fault. I am all for the benefit of the doubt, but please. Some one kneeling on your neck is the DIRECT cause of impaired airflow.

Let’s not give the left a right to call us stupid based on this Holmesian analysis

They should be looking at him to determine if

Sickle cell trait and or nicotine and or drug addict of various drugs has an effect on COVID-19 because he certainly was in the category of ones that have had an bad reaction to COVID 19

We are soon going to see if COVID has petered out or if it is still a problem.

I am serious.

His Covid 19 should play a big part in the defense..especially if he told them he had it and spit at them while resisting arrest during a pandemic.

Might reduce the charges

“Floyd stiffened up and said he didn’t want to go in the car, as he was claustrophobic.”

Didn’t they have to pull him out of a car?

The cops especially the one who knelt on his neck for 9 minutes despite him being unresponsive committed murder. Period. There is no justification. Raising covid as a defense with normal lung tissue on postmortem exam is a complete false flag. His lungs were NORMAL.

If we as the right try to weave covid into this we will lose ALL credibility. The cop was wrong plain and simple.

As for we will soon know. We already know. The average incubation time of covid is 5.1 days. 75% if all cases are positive from day 2.2 a 5.1. The upper level of standard deviation of incubation is 7.8 days. We are 1.7 incubation a period. The average time to icu is 6 days. If we are not overwhelmed now we know that social distancing and lock down are completely farces.

The days are there already. It’s over.

There have been many who have had problems with COVID 19 that didnt have lung issues

Maybe YOU didn’t see them.

So again, why was his morphine free level so high?

You are just incorrect. The outlier is lasting lung damage. Not the normal.
I would have to know what tests they used for toxicology. Fentanyl is metabolized to morphine analogues among other meds. Heroin has its own metabolic byproducts. Additionally they active metabolites are what need to be reported. Not inactive

I suspect there are tissue stains and hair sampling used for direct evidence on forensic autopsies.

As much as you want this to be covid fear here are the facts of the case

He was diagnosed on April 3 as covid positive
He was back to normal life doing normal things. He was fully recovered
The covid probes are likely due to inactivated and dead virus
His lungs were grossly snd histologically normal

You can search as much as you want for this to be covid but this follows what is normal in the vast majority of cases. Slight viral prodrome followed by complete recovery.

This has been and will always be the natural course of virus. The few cases where there are sequelae are the outliers. Your fear of this virus has taken over tour ability to rationally accept what is and is not normal

We are finding out that as per FLORIDA more 90 year olds have died than under 65
We are at 50% of peak cases despite four weeks of opening
Look at Spain and Italy. They are done
The death rate is 0.26% per CDC
Under 65 it drops to .08%

It is not a virus that should be feared. And sure as hell social distancing and marks at best don’t work. At worst are prolonging the issue

I am so sorry but the data clearly show lockdowners and mask nazis are just wrong

It’s over. Frankly it never started
It simply looked like every other respiratory pandemic in history. Our response was the wrong and dangerous thing that has done irreparable damage to the country and to the health of people who have had to go without health care while there was only one disease in the world worth treating

It’s tragic. And entirely self induced.
