There will be deliveries no doubt. The truckers will drop off loads at outlying distribution centers which will run their smaller trucks in and out as they know the lay of the land.

Conversely, many of the storekeepers will be forced to drive out and pick up their deliveries.

...and the prices to the customer will keep going higher.
