It's on the bodycam video. The officer clearly held the breathalyzer device in front of his chest so his bodycam could record the reading.

Brooks blew a 0.108, which exceeds the Georgia limit of 0.08.

In the Atlanta case, the ‘payback’ will be that police will evaluate a potential DWI situation, and if the guy appears black...just let it go. So DWI’s within Atlanta over the next year or two...involving blacks....will double and triple. If you come upon an accident with a victim, and the apparent guilty party is black...you have to call immediately for back-up and ask for a minimum of ten additional officers.

And unless the other police appear on the scene immediately, the DWI suspect probably gets away. The same goes for other crimes like looting.

If you watch the bodycam, this was one of many reasons Brooks gave the officers for being in the area. ABC, cherry-picked the version that would fit the narrative that Brooks was a “victim”.
