Back in the late 1990s / early 2000s conservatives embraced the internet as a tool to circumvent the bias, demonetization, and outright censorship of conservative ideas in the mainstream media. For a brief shining moment we conservatives were blessedly free to speak and share ideas without someone putting a boot on our necks and a gag on our mouths.

Then the leftist tech giants decided to put an end to that. And so they have. But hey, it's just an open platform for ideas, they take no position. It's just a coincidence that everyon who gets silenced is on the right.

WE MUST LEAVE FACEBOOK AND TWITTER. There are other platforms. If Trump left twitter and went to GAB. The press would have to follow. Let’s stop the madness. Can we at least make a sacrifice for our side?

So why do people continue to use facebook? Because they crave the attention of having God knows who view their public pages and idiocy posted there? Once upon a time we were able to keep in touch writing letters or telegrams, than we moved up to letters, telegrams and telephone and that was sufficient for years. When computers became affordable and easy to use we had email which could be sent immediately and responded to quickly. Suddenly the world can’t get by without facebook, twitter and instagram to put whatever idiot picture or thought up for the world to see?
