You FReepers don’t get it. The officer is purposefully being overcharged so he can be acquitted and the next rounds of riots can commence. And the verdict will conveniently be read on 11/02 or 01/20/21.
That’s why they need General Flynn’s attorney. She’d be the one to bring it up.
But the other officer is working on deal with the prosecution to provide evidence.

This morning I was in a doctors office and NBC Today Show was on in the waiting room. It was deceitful, disgusting, and dangerous misinformation. The “Sisters of the Movement” (sisters whose brothers were killed by police) were being interviewed, most were crying and then the interviewer was sobbing and hand wringing herself. Then it was mentioned that out of these eight women’s brothers, only one cop was convicted. It was quite a dramatic spectacle.
Although you seem to be the kind of individual who would deny the truth even when hit upside the head here’s one bit of proof of the goodness of the American people.

He and his attorney were on TV today saying that he would answer any questions the DA put to him, so long as it didn't incriminate himself of course. He won't be hiding behind the 'thin blue line'.
