Well, the masks were always optional per POTUS guidelines, and he doesn’t wear one. And virus can still get in your eyes, and it ain’t good to breathe CO2, unless your hyperventilating...

Guess it depends on the laws in your state, county, city. Any regulations that have been passed by a duly elected representative body?

Health authorities have already said that protests/riots are ok to ignore guidelines—so just call whatever you are doing a protest. LOL

Might have to sue for civil rights—right to life includes breathing and right to assemble never said except if closer than 6 ft.
