Where are all the blacks?Not sure, but I think that is kind of a ritzy area. I have been there a few times. Fishermen’s Wharf, Pier 39, Pier 1. That water really is ice cold too. When traveling from Oakland to San Francisco, we could see wind surfers out there, but they ALL had wet suits on. The water is just too cold.
