Andrew Jackson’s Indian Removal Act resulted in the death of my great great grandmother on the Trail of Tears. In the annals of historical conquerors, Andrew Jackson was probably far less of one than most. Anyone who objects to his methods is free to remove himself from the territories he pacified and return them to the Indians whence they were forcibly acquired.
