I guess if I went through my horse barn and looked for a loop in a rope I might find one. To me a noose has 13 wraps and is made to hang a man. I have not seen a photo of this noose so can’t tell if it could be construed as a hanging implement. Also not unrelated, I have not seen the autopsy report on George Floyd. We are all subject to posting opinions without having all the facts in front of us.

I knew Wallace never saw the “noise.” Drivers aren’t allowed in the garage.
NASCAR are the idiots as are the other drivers who treated Wallace like some sort of conquering hero.

I am not sure the story about the noose on the bench is true
I think it was found hanging exactly as shown in picture given the statement from the FBI
and was cut down after it was “discovered”

It would have revealed the stupidity of conducting an investigation in the first place.
HOWEVER, it would be good to have seen a picture of the noose and know whether the cord broke or was deliberately cut, and where it was found. Cut and found on the seat in Bubba's car is far different that having a frayed end and placed on a work table.
Nothing I've seen has explained it one way or the other. So the question remains, on what basis are they making the statement that no federal crime was committed? It certainly appears that the latter is the case.
