501c3 organizations are not allowed to make contributions to political campaigns. They have to have some affiliated organization to do it for them.
Rules are meant for others, not Black Lies Matter or any other democrat front group.
Heck the Soros backed “Media Matters for America (MMfA) is a politically left-leaning 501(c)(3), nonprofit” has been violating that for years with no opposition.
It will undoubtedly be deemed racist to disparage BLM. I won’t let that stop me.

No way BLM is a legit 501(c)(3). There are plenty of articles about them laundering “charitable” contributions to Act Blue, a RAT fundraising machine.
Ah, but would the IRS pull their designation? Tons of political risk. The MSM would scream bloody murder. Lois would use it in her defense.
But it would be sweet. Imagine the howl from all those celebrities whose accountants told them to make a large donation and be public about it, you’ll burnish your woke creds and I’ll get you a sweet writeoff.
