If this is within the bounds of the National Park, then it is a federal issue.
I do not know the exact location on the road where this is taking place though.
It can and will fall under the jurisdiction of the federals if it is on/within National Park lands.

I guess that it’s far beyond your ability to comprehend...in Tulsa the Leftists intentionally blocked access to the metal detectors through which potential attendees were REQUIRED to pass. And this part of South Dakota isn’t covered with all kinds of alternate routes besides what is being blocked.
