I think you understand RC. Your example about the guy and his dad may or may not be true, but without specific census and staffing data for that specific date and time there is no way of knowing the truth of the situation.

Our ICU has had one COVID admission in the last 72 hours non vented. As I said I live in a SURGE state. I was bored out of my mind wirh no work in the dedicated COVID ICU
