The most vile advocate of white nationalism would argue for the necessity of a white ethnostate using the very same list of “Aspects and Assumptions of Whiteness” that the Smithsonian Museum touts.
Well, maybe the white nationalist would strike “Judeo” from “Judeo-Christian”. The Smithsonian includes both Jews and Gentiles as being white, so it is not specifically antisemitic, but only generically anti-white.
The most stupid claim is that whites prefer bland food, “steak and potatoes”.
This has be untrue for millennia. Pliny the Elder wrote that Europeans began importing pepper during the Roman Empire. Black peppercorns were found in the nostrils of the mummy of Ramesses II, 1213 BC. Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers to spice merchants.
During the Middle Ages, spices were the most demanded and expensive commercial products in Europe. In 1492, Columbus set sail to discover a shorter, more economical route to obtain spices from Asia.
“MacCallum read some of the assumptions from the learning tool, which she said had been taken down from the museums website.”
Luckily it was an image that was easily copied and pasted. I have a copy and I’m sure millions of other Americans do too. That single image told me everything I need to know about this museum. None of it good or worthy of kowtowing to.
Whoa there pardner.
My favorite food is steak and potatoes.
Last night I had a small strip, cooked Pittsburgh Rare, i.e. total of three minutes near the heat, baked potato, salad, broccoli and Yuengling.
I eat steak tartar with raw eggs for breakfast.
I read the rest of your post about spices, but salt and pepper are OK with me.
BIG exhibit about Thurgood Marshall, however they refuse to give Justice Clarence Thomas any space at all.
I will NEVER step foot in this place. Not that it matters, since my tax $$$ supports this garbage. GRR!
The biggest achievement of the BLM terrorists has been the complete destruction of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King.
Whiteness bump
“...they will work anywhere by anyone {if free to do so}.”
Amen! Bears repeating
Its not offensive in the least.
Its the truth, and she should be proud of it.
A guide to self achievement.
When Group A and Group B are portrayed as opposites, and Group A is portrayed as hardworking, Group B is being portrayed as lazy even if that is not explicitly said.
You would think they could display the flag on the poster correctly. The field should always be on the flag’s right or on the left side as you look at it. They have it backwards.
There are criminal racists in our federal government.
