Well I’d have to agree from all I’ve seen with these various Governors and mayors ignoring the laws as their push back now includes lawlessness galore!
Also given this sentence on the 14th Amendment, I’d assume some judge would block it by Friday.

It did say persons, not citizens.

IIRC, Obama already set that precedent. In the 2010 Census, they ran statistical models to “adjust” the count before reapportionment. Of course, the Rats were adding the estimated illegals.
There are at least 25 million illegals in the USA now. That translates into 50 house reps, right there.
California has least 20 congressional seats based on illegals alone. This gives the Rats a huge advantage in congress.
Why can’t the GOP find a way to “import” millions of illegal conservatives to the USA?

They have been using estimates instead of the actual census counts for decades.
Trump tried to put that question on the census (are you an illegal alien; is anyone living at this address and illegal alien).
A court struck the question from the census.
Common sense.
However this plays out in the courts, Trump would be smart to release a list of each state’s congressional count with and without illegal aliens.
While California, Texas, & Florida would probably lose seats, states like Ohio, Wisconsin, & Michigan would probably pick up seats.
well...it’s going to be one heck of a job to get Trump’s second term validated as fair or not no matter how this plays out. The Dems will surely fight back ‘when’ he wins.
You would think this would be common sense. If someone sneaks into your basement, you don’t count them as a family member. You give them the BOOT!
I agree in principle, but the end result may backfire. In Oregon, most illegals live in rural, conservative areas. If enacted, this will strengthen the 3 big cities, and weaken conservative areas.
