The is the problem right here. RINOs prefer progressive Democrats and their agenda to conservative voting GOP grassroots voters. Yet we’re bullied into dragging weak RINOs over the finish line knowing fully they will betray us if they win.

Kansas has always had three parties: the social conservative Republicans, the fiscal conservative Republicans, and the Democrats. The Democrats win when the two Republican factions fight.

“Any Democrat incumbents in trouble besides Doug Jones?”

In Minnesota, the appointed incumbent Tina Smith, who has all the charm of a day old turd, is running against former broadcaster (and Rush fill-in) and congressman Jason Lewis, a rock solid and well-spoken conservative.

In a sane world, she’d be history.

But, it is the land of Omar and Ellison.

This sounds like all the Tea Party races, where the GOP didn’t support the Tea Party candidate once they won the Primary.

Is Marshall a RINO? Newt says not.

Why is there never a focus on potential Republican pickups?

No Democrats are ever in trouble. Don’t you read the news?

Unfortunately you can add North Carolina to the list, and maybe also both senate seats for Georgia.

The Democrats are running State Senator Barbara Bollier, a Republican-turned-Democrat.

She must have gotten caught in a pedo scandal, or ritual sacrifice of kids, or cannibalism, or something like that.

No barriers for Dem candidates.

The media is biased garbage, but to be fair, outside of Alabama there doesn’t appear to be any race where an incumbent Democrat is in danger of losing.

There is talk of Michigan, but it seems like wishful thinking. I agree that John James is a very impressive person and could be a star in the Republican Party, but he has to win to become a star. And right now it looks like he’ll lose to Peters, going to be 0-2 in statewide races, which means he’ll probably have to set his sights lower, like maybe a House seat.

Outside of that what else is there this year? It’s a shame that the Minnesota race doesn’t appear to be competitive. The GOP looks to have an excellent candidate in Virginia this year, but Virginia is a lost cause and having survived a surprise scare in 2014 the loathsome Warner is probably a Senator for life now.

The damage was done in 2018 when the GOP failed to fully take advantage of a favorable map. The abominable Tester once again snuck by with a sub-50% performance in Montana, and a credible challenge to Brown in Ohio (a state that otherwise bucked the pro-Democrat wave of 2018) failed to materialize when the strongest challenger dropped out due to family issues. Add to that the losses of McSally in Arizona and Heller in Nevada and now we have very little margin.

When you still lose by 5 points even with a ex-RINO independent taking votes from the rat, it’s your own fault. Kobach lost Johnson County (most populous in the state) by almost 17 points, Trump carried the county.

As for Marshall, I think he’s fine.

Kansans should read the whole article, especially the part about the Democrats’ “Sunflower State PAC,” “Old Town Media,” “Unite the Country,” “Amalgamated Bank” and “Senate Majority PAC.” The Democrats are throwing many millions of dollars into supporting Kobach and stopping Marshall in the primary.

And see Marshall’s positions behind the following link. Then follow the links there to the issues. It looks like there’s nothing wrong with Marshall, and that he’s a solid conservative.

Roger Marshall
(Republican, district 1)

Orman is a Democrat. When he ran for the senate in 2014 as an "independent" the Democrat candidate dropped out to give Orman a better chance. If he took votes from anyone in 2018 it was Kelly.
