I've never found one either.Over many decades of hiking and four wheeling all over the deserts and mountains of the West, I have never found a gun, though I know someone who did. He found a rusty old Colt Navy cap and ball revolver in the sagebrush likely dropped by someone fighting Indians in the 1860s.
