No, Twitter is a “person” according to SCOTUS. Arrest the company itself, seize its servers and facilities; freeze its bank accounts. Remove it from the internet entirely during the trial, and prosecute the company for election tampering.
If a person would be imprisoned for 5 years for the charge, block them from operating for 5 years.
