In October of 2016, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported[29] that according to court documents, Nagl had found marijuana in his son’s backpack and, as punishment, had confiscated it along with the boy’s cellphone. Two days later, he discovered the items missing from where he had hidden them, and found his son using the phone in a bathroom of the family home. When he attempted to take back the phone, the son refused to hand it over; as Nagl took the phone from his son’s hands, the boy “re-engaged in a physical altercation” so Nagl “put his son in a choke hold to end the altercation quickly.” Nagl’s attorney, Robert Keller, told the Inquirer that “the facts showed that the parent took appropriate steps to discipline a child who was acting inappropriately” and that Nagl was “hoping to return [as headmaster] as quickly as possible.” He was re-instated later that week, and has since continued his work as headmaster. On October 20, 2016, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney John Whelan wrote in a one-paragraph statement[29] that there was “insufficient evidence” to proceed with prosecution and that a charge against Nagl had being dropped.

Sounds like two candidates for the application of red flag laws.

At 4 am, by SWAT.

“What do we know about these retired officers?”

Both Clinton butt bois, neither attained rank higher than Lieutenant Colonel. I doubt that either were in combat arms.

Funny they don’t get their pink panties in a wad over the fact that 0bama is in control of the shadow government that is doing everything in it’s power to undermine President Trump.

From the primary source.

John Nagl, a retired Army officer and veteran of both Iraq wars, is Head of School at The Haverford School outside Philadelphia.

Paul Yingling, a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, served three tours in Iraq, another in Bosnia, and a fifth in Operation Desert Storm.

My father was career Navy, if only he had said something about Trump he could have been famous!

How much does this sort of fake BS pay?

The media always interjects that Trump lies, in story after story, but never do they point out even one lie.

Now these guys claim Trump will be subject to criminal charges when he leaves office. What charges could there be?

These former officers are actively involved in a coup against the constitution. They is a declaration of their allegiance to the enemies of our system, and our duly elected President, which they have conspired against since the election

Googling their Bio’s the both look like combat branch officers. Yingling had Command & General Staff School. Both retired as O-5 (LTC).

The state make-up, will only be known for the new session, after the election.

I would tend to agree...it’ll be 26-plus states for Trump...maybe as high as 30.

But there’s this odd feature...with the mail-in business so screwed up...you might have eight to ten states refusing to sign the election results complete (even by early January), and trying to stall the House vote (state by state) for weeks (if not months).

I've said it time, and time,again...most men and women who are serving, and have served,in our Armed Forces (officers *and* enlisted) are honorable people deserving of our respect...and our gratitude.

But not all.Not by a long shot.

"Sounds like a lot of big talk from two loudmouths. "

Trump's little green men, so intimidating to lightly armed federal law enforcement agents, step aside and fade away, realizing they would not constitute a good morning’s work for a brigade of the 82nd Airborne.

Sounds simular to dialog from Dr Stranglove.

"Turgidson: Mr. President, if I may advise, under condition red it is standard procedure that the base be sealed off, and the base be defended by base security troops. Any force trying to enter there would certainly encounter very heavy casualties.

Faceman: General Turgidson, with all due respect for your defense team, my boys can brush 'em aside without too much trouble."

This is a good example of who the military will support in a shtf situation

That's an awful wide brush you are painting with there.

Both Clinton butt bois, neither attained rank higher than Lieutenant Colonel. ....................... Just a couple more of 0-5s in the most dangerous rank. It is the beginning of the political activity where LTC’s can be trouble makers on either side of the political spectrum. Notice how many are on the TV news shows giving opinions?

Part of The XII Amendment of the US Constitution.

"But no person constitutionally ineligible to the
office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-
President of the United States."

Did you read this Kamala Harris?
Did you read this Democrat Party -- DNC?
Did you read this Joe Biden?
Did you read this CNN, MSNBC, Washington Post,
NY Times, ABC-NBC-CBS?

Rat Party Headquarters is planning for mail in ballots to create utter chaos for deciding the Presidency and *every* House and Senate seat.

Clause 2: Method of choosing electors
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

Under the U.S. Constitution the president and vice president are chosen by electors, under a constitutional grant of authority delegated to the legislatures of the several states. The Constitution reserves the choice of the precise manner for creating electors to the will of the state legislatures. It does not define or delimit what process a state legislature may use to create its state college of electors. In practice, the state legislatures have generally chosen to create electors through an indirect popular vote, since the 1820s. Most states have a “winner-take-all” system in which the candidate with the most votes in the state gets all the electoral votes.[6] Maine and Nebraska allow individual congressional districts to elect one elector.

In an indirect popular vote, it is the names of the candidates who are on the ballot to be elected. Most states do not put the names of the electors on the ballot.[6] It is generally understood by the voters and the electors themselves that they are the representative “stand-ins” for the candidates and are expected to cast their electoral college ballots for the president and vice president who appeared on the ballot. The actual electors being voted for are usually selected by the candidate’s party. There are a few cases where some electors have refused to vote for the designated candidate. (See “Faithless Elector”.) Many states have mandated in law that electors shall cast their electoral college ballot for the designated presidential candidate.[6] The constitutionality of such mandates was established on July 6, 2020 by the SCOTUS.

Each state chooses as many electors as it has representatives and senators representing it in Congress. Under the 23rd Amendment, the District of Columbia may choose no more electors than the state with the lowest number of electoral votes (in effect, three electors), although since that amendment’s ratification the District’s population has never reached the threshold that would otherwise entitle it to choose four or more electors. U.S. senators, representatives and federal government officials are barred from becoming electors; in practice, the two major federal parties frequently select senior state party and government officials (up to and including governors) to serve as electors.

More or less. It wouldn’t surprise me if 50 House seats are still not filled come the mid-January period. It wouldn’t matter in states like Washington, California, NY or Oregon. But if you held up five House seats in Florida....it might be enough to tip the state over to the Democrats.

A normal Supreme Court would get this list of 300-odd lawsuits, and realize all the implications. But with Roberts, they could stall this for weeks, into March probably.

If you wanted a five-star cluster mess...this would be it. So people sitting around right now and thinking the BLM/Antifa business is the roughest mess on the landscape...are totally wrong.
