Wow, comparing an attorney general to a war general is quite a stretch. Barr is not going to push for indictments of anybody until he is confident he can get a conviction based on a beyond-a-reasonable-doubt standard. It will not do him, us or the broken justice department any good for him to go into a case half-assed and then have it blow apart.
Although the applicable laws were violated and general procedures weren't adhered to leading to a long and arduous series of investigations that caused several convictions that normally wouldn't occur under normal circumstances, we have also concluded that all the relevant agencies and their personnel did not act with malicious intent.
