She is a woman.
She is black.
She is a prosecutor.
How is anyone going to be able to go after her, and not be labled a racist white supremicist?
Explain to who?.....her actions need no explanations...demonrats do what they want...they answer to no one, no law, no court....
Since Webb didn’t find anything illegal, if I’m Foxx, I claim prosecutorial discretion, which she has, and then shut-up.
If she is pressed and feels she needs to explain, point to the DOJ in dropping the Black Panther voting intimidation case, and, if further pressed, cite the current DOJ in the Flynn case and then shut-up for good.

Kim Foxx does not have to explain anything to anyone - she is already a shoo-in to win a second term. Soros sends her money by the bucket full. Foxx can do whatever she wants - who is going to stop her?

Webb didn’t find anything further because he did not look into the activities of a certain Vice Presidential nominee and a former First Lady of the United States.
Foxx is already on record as Kamala being her chinaman.
Not sure Webb was instructed to make that connection back to her via Jussie and not sure if he even could.
I wonder if he even tried...Webb did donate a 1000 bucks to Foxx...
