Of course now they pissed off the left for supporting blue lives. Maybe both sides could boycott. Only a company run by idiots would jump into a political battle unnecessarily. Their job is to make money yet decisions like this will hurt their volume for years to come.

Goodyear pretending they're not responsible for the statements of an employee in a plant is also a very bad statement. If they can't control their employees, how do customers know the tires are quality tires? If they lied about knowing the employee making the presentation, are they also lying about the quality of their tires?

And yet over the last two days we’ve been told by RINO’s that presidents shouldn’t be calling for boycotts, there are other better ways to deal with this, etc. And yet somehow Trump finds a way to get Goodyear to reverse. Gee I wonder if there’s a connection.
I blame this on the NFL, Kaepernick, and Roger Goodell. Why? Because this could have been nipped in the bud if it had been affirmed that nobody has complete freedom of speech on the job. Only government can infringe one’s rights. Employers have the right to demand that their employees adhere to certain codes of dress, conduct, and speech. All these companies are idiots to allow their employees to engage in anything that is political or controversial while on the job. Everything offends somebody, so why would any company want to risk it? It’s bad business.
