> Judaism is a much tougher religion.

Well, it depends on the denomination, and Kudlow seems to be a former Reform Judaism type...

wow.

Here’s a 1995 article on it: ECONOMIST KUDLOW ON A ‘COCAINE BINGE,’ WIFE SAYS
By News wire services Jul 4, 1995

Court documents say Kudlow has become so desperate that he recently took $60,000 from his Individual Retirement Account at Bear Stearns, according to the New York Post and Wall Street Journal.

Mrs. Kudlow said her husband’s drug counselor thinks he “will probably overdose or die of a heart attack” if he has access to the money at Bear Stearns.

Supreme Court Judge David Saxe set a hearing for July 12 on the suit, which seeks to bar Kudlow and Bear Stearns from touching the money left in his IRA account. The amount was not specified.

Judith Kudlow said she wants to sell both of their Manhattan residences to pay for treatment of his cocaine habit and to pay off $150,000 of debts accumulated because of his addiction.

Larry apparently didn't get the message about anonymity at the level of press, radio and films.

Good grief! Get over it. The man became a Christian. That’s apparently what’s really eating at you. One day, whether you like it or not, you will realize that Yeshua is the Messiah. I hope you believe in Him sooner rather than later, because, “Every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess, that Jesus Christ is LORD to the glory of God the Father” Philippians 2:11. (The devils believe, and tremble -— James 2:19).

I agree but lets all take it easy on him, he’s probably hitting the booze even as we speak. Dry out, or dry up kid. We’ll all start praying for you.

Not really, for both it depends on if u really practicing , for most self identified Jews, its way easier and the Democratic party is followed more closely, (and same for about 1/2 Catholics) Jews routinely vote Dems , (78% voted for Obama and 71% for Clinton), even going along with condemning Israel-go figure .For these it seems its just a social identity or club. Maybe celebrated at weddings but that's about it

Of course he did. It was a WH Recovery Month event. I’ve heard his story before. It is not new.

I was surprised at his story. Not just surprised but thrilled. My son is 6 months clean and climbing up from the hole. What an example this man is.

Good for Larry. I admire people like him who fight thru addiction and then lead by example. I feel the same about obesity. When I see someone who is overweight walking or jogging, I quietly cheer them on.
