That hypocritical statement alone shows it politically motivated and since Federal employees are prohibited by law from politicking on the job, everyone involved with that decree needs to be fired.

Yesterday, I had to go to the initial stages of Jury duty.
After the proceedings started and the Judge started to do the jury questioning, he asked for those that needed to be excused to raise their hands.
I did. I told him that I absolutely could NOT hear nearly a dam thing that was being said in that courtroom. Those wearing masks sounded muffled, he was behind a plexi glass panel, and I couldnt hear only but a bit of what was said.
I wanted to sit on that jury. I can only suspect what will happen to that case. It was a criminal case and if I am the defense..I will let the lawyers on this site explain what they would do.
Dear Dr. Fauci - if you want to set examples, find impressionable children and set them to your heart’s content. Don’t presume to lecture adult Americans.

Fauci set a great example himself at the ballgame when he wore a mask on the pitchers mound and then sat masklessly next to his wife & friend, rubbing shoulders, in the stands.
