Fredo is a fraud.
Just one more phony move by a seasoned fraudster.
He played his TV followers like mindless numbskulls with his "covid illness"--one fake story after another.
He was caught out bike-riding without a mask when he said he was sequestered sick at home--but ducked away from that charge.
And the final act on TV as he came walking upstairs from his basement "for the first time" after weeks of his lonely covid struggle. By that time, everyone knew the conman had been secretly ranging all over town.
No way he accepts this weight-lift challenge. He knows full well that reality is waiting eagerly to bite him hard in the butt.
I think he owns a nutrition company in which products are bought online rather than owning a gym. He says he is at his home gym.
He’s also rapidly hammer curling it while sitting. Fake.
Agreed, it's not balanced, he's about to drop it. He didn't get it up there single-handed.
Its probably real. His ego is way over 100 pounds,so he has lots of practice.

Exactly. I bet if you examined that weight that that thug Cuomo is holding, you’d find the little plastic plug where you’re supposed to pour the sand in. Ever get on a Nautilus-style curl or lat pulldown station and you have the full stack of plates pinned to the cable? You’re half-ass-akimbo just getting the stack off the frame before you can run a set of ten on it. Now try it without the benefit of cables and pulleys at a free-weight station with no spotter.
