Darn! I was hoping youd get rain today. Maybe Sallys changing course will bring some. I dont think there has been any at home either.
Yes, heres what it looks like on a clear day. This was taken in approximately the same spot yesterday.

I had a lovely ride today! perfect weather, and hardly any traffic.
Penny doesn’t mind as long as she has the couch! :-)

It is, but the storm surge could cause a lot of flooding even if the wind isnt an issue.

We hoped for rain too. We need it badly at this point. Some areas close to Nashville got 6 to 7 inches today! Not fair!
Right now, we don’t want the current projected path of Sally to change because we should get a good amount of rain. I just feel bad for the folks south of us who’ll get it first because they don’t need what they’re going to get.
Now that’s what we’re used to seeing when you post pix taken along the bike trial. Is that Piper or Callie? I can never remember which one’s which. She’s certainly grown since the last time I’ve seen a pic of her!

That’s what I’m thinking, too, my. Maybe the ol’ memory isn’t as bad as I thought it was. LOL
Things going well up your way these days?

It’s Piper and she is now taller than me. Waaaaah!
Looks like rain is heading for home, but I can just see it splitting before reaching the town.
I hope your relatives will be safe in Bermuda during hurricane Paulette that is headed there. It’s a big one!

Memory worked .... for a change. LOL!
I wondered if she was taller than you yet. It seems she was getting close last year when you were there.
I see a little rain around your home area but not a lot. Still more than is around here!
Yeah, Paulette is a biggie but thankfully still a Cat1. Still not fun, though, and I hope my cousin will be ok when it’s over. I was hoping they’d get through this season without getting hit. By this time next year, they’ll be back home in Canada.
No such luck though. :-(

Well, just like at your house, the rain has just melted away. Drat. I’m sure the kitties are just as happy it didn’t.
Maybe that storm won’t be as horrible as Dorian was. I wonder if Josh will be out there again.
