That article from the second link is simply an example of what I’ve seen at the Federalist Society site so far.

It’s actually a fairly good indicator I have found.

The more the left hates someone and vilifies them the more I’m inclined to trust them.

She got 80 votes our of 95 in 2019. I think Trump will go with Lagoa. Easier confirmation. Will help with Hispanic vote and Florida.

You still wouldn’t get a single vote from the RATS no matter who is nominated.
You just as well nominate Atilla the Hun, or Matt Gaetz which is the same thing.

“Sandra Day OConnor was an excellent SCOTUS.”
IIRC, she started out that way, and then got squishy. She basically turned in to Roberts toward the end.
She voted against the GOP when they wanted to reverse Roe v. Wade.
She voted to strike down a Pennsylvania law requiring spousal awareness for an abortion.
https://constitutioncenter.org/blog/a-look-back-at-justice-sandra-day-oconnors-court-legacy
“As she entered the second half of her tenure on the Court, journalists began to identify OConnor as a moderate, and by the last quarter of her judicial career, she was regularly described as a centrist, a moderate centrist, and even, as Lyle Denniston wrote in 1999 for the Baltimore Sun, a ‘MODERATE ESTABLISHMENT PROGRESSIVE’ (emphasis mine). From 1993 to 2005, more than a quarter of all Time and Newsweek articles discussing Justice OConnor labeled her as a swing voter.”

I literally and I mean literally started laughing at this author. Conservative Catholics, like myself, completely ignore Francis and cling to the Magisterium and Church doctors, all higher authorities than any one pope. I have no doubts Barrett Feels the same way.

How about clinging to God and “completely ignore” guys who claim to be middle men?

AJ with some great sources into the WH.
Some guests and antics that are a bit out there, no doubt, but some great information as well.
As with any information you’ve got to pick and choose, but the further we get into 2020 the more right AJ appears to have been all along.
