John Batchelor....the first three reports on big stories are usually
wrong....
Prayers for that poor man. BLM and the DA killed him as surely as if they had done it with their own hands.
I would kill myself before submitting to racial rape and abuse for 10 years too. Who wouldn’t?
Gardner was a decorated veteran of multiple tours in Iraq, saying he suffered two traumatic brain injuries. Gardner said he felt like he was in a war zone the night of Scurlock’s death....
This dear vet.
My prayers go out to him/his family.
This is what he gets (treatment) for fighting for this country and our freedoms.
Shame on this DA for appointing a special prosecutor, then an indicting GJ.
Beyond reprehensible.
PTSD
I would argue PTSD started the downward spiral. Phony baloney murder charges was the last straw.
Prayers for this veteran and his family.
Explain who’s who.
The rioters started the conflict with the victim and his father, and the citizen fired 2 warning shorts to break it up. A rioter jumped on the citizen from behind, and the citizen reached behind and shot the rioter. Obvious self defense, until the political pressure was put on, and the case was fed to a grand jury.
This is “justice” in America today.
Wait a minute. How did he get to Portland when he was in Ohio?
There hasn’t been any ‘justice’ in America for a long time, just a very selective legal system.
Ok, scratch my prior post.
Death by anarcho-tyranny.

This has my blood boiling its the type of story that should be everywhere.
The linked story is worth a read.
Even more details here:
Veteran federal prosecutor to lead grand jury probe into James Scurlock’s death
Grrrr. Too bad Mack Bolan was a fictional character. He always took care of injustice. I remember reading those novels when I was a young Marine. May there be thousands of sons of Mack Bolan in the near future.
This is the thanks he gets for helping keep this country free
