The most troubling aspect of this “investigation” is not just the possibility that Clinton/Obama will skate but that in covering up their lawlessness the DOJ/FBI have not only lost credibility with the people but also any legitimacy the investigators are so desperate to maintain in the defense of the institutions themselves which, in turn, legitimizes the assertions of a multi-tiered legal (I won’t say justice) system run amok.
