I hope they’ll work with you on it until you have a chance to get another mailbox and get it set up. It’ll be a major pain if you have to go to the PO all the time when you have so little free time as it is.

That’s quite a drop in temperature already. No wonder the wind’s so raucous.

I doubt it will tiptoe through here. It shouldn’t be as wild as it is there since out temp drop won’t be as drastic but it’ll be breezy enough I’m sure. I’m glad Jobu finally decided he likes the box I’d set out for him. Now he has two beds to choose from and he’ll be more sheltered from wind in the box.

She’s finally at peace. She was 3 months shy of her 104th birthday so she lived a looooooong life.

Oh, I’m glad Jobu got over his fear of the box. Your winters can get pretty nasty at times. I didn’t see one kitty when I opened the door a few minutes ago. I didn’t go out, because if they are in their shelters, I don’t want to disturb them.

Whoa. Just checked and the temp is now 64. I would call this a blue norther, but no sub-freezing temps are in the works.

Sleep well...if you can get to sleep. It was nearly impossible for me last night, so I got up at 7 instead of 7:30 to the alarm. Better early than being jerked awake to a loud church bell alarm. LOL!

Thanks Kathy. We had quite a windy evening. Thankfully no loss of power here but parts of Lawton lost power due to the winds. The front blew through around 6 PMish.

So the cold front did come through there this afternoon. We got it at about 10pm with lots of sand blowing. Our electricity went off for about 5 minutes. Just enough time to mess up the wifi.The temp went from 103 this afternoon to 61 right now. I like 61 better.

Thanks, Luvie. Gizmo likes to bounce around sometimes. It takes a couple of seconds for the iPhone to take a picture and Giz doesn't like to wait that long. I have to bribe him with treats.

But, sometimes things work out and that was the case here.

I don't have a big supply in yet but I am getting a lot done for once. Looks like it snowed up the hill form me last night. It was in the 80’s last week.
