The scenario is that ALL national elections are FUBAR because of mail-in voting.
THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS UP FOR ELECTION.
In a normal election, the new House would convene on January 3, 2021.
The new speaker is elected by the members-elect of the new House.
If the entire national election is FUBAR, there is no new House.
Period.
There is no provision for the previous House to take over temporarily.
Pelosi’s term as speaker expires on January 3, 2021.
Period.
There’s absolutely no way that the PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION will be undecided, but the House ballots are all counted and certified by January 3, 2021.
BESIDES, the Republicans are going to take the House.
Don’t tell me that the Democrats will somehow both steal the House election and block Trump’s reelection by mail.
Can you possibly comprehend the logistics involved?
THESE ARE PAPER BALLOTS.
All of them will be sorted.
This begins with 13,000 ballots.
About 129 million people voted in 2016.
That means Democrats have to add in or dispose of tens of millions of paper ballots.
HOW?
The physical bulk of those ballots and the physical labor involved make it logistically impossible.

We’re talking giant dumpsters full of ballots.
So if the plan is to somehow prevent Trump from being elected but make sure the House is elected, it can’t be done.
The people who are cutting their own throats politically have no ability to do that.
If the presidential votes can’t be counted by January 6, 2021, the House votes can’t either.
There’s no law saying that the outgoing House can assume the duties of the incoming House.
BUT.
There will be 12 Senators on duty.
THEY will be Congress.
And one of them is President Pro Tempore of the Senate.
Chuck Grassley (R-IA).
He AUTOMATICALLY becomes president.
It’s the law. Nobody can stop it.
Since there will be no House, no Speaker, and no Nancy Pelosi, the Secretary of State becomes Vice President.
MIKE POMPEO.
Only one of the most loyal Trump cabinet members.
All of this is moot, because it’s not going to happen.
Simply bringing in a getting rid of tens of millions of paper ballots can’t be done unnoticed.
The universal mail-elections so far are catastrophes.
MOST PEOPLE WILL VOTE IN PERSON.
Even BLUE states are scurrying to make sure we have that access.
The civil-rights penalties are incalculable.
So even if all your dark fantasies come true, the Republicans STILL WIN.
Stop listening to superficial babble and look into matters for yourself.

You know what I find interesting is how come if the the Presidential election will be in question because ballots are still coming in the members of the House and senate are also on the ballot. so what if she was not reelected if you cant call the presidential race you can not call the other races either.

The insurection Act is invoked by the President.
If the prog States withhold their results to December 12th, (five weeks and three days after the election) that would be a good point in time for PDJT to give notice that they have, oh... one week before a state of insurrection is declared.
This can be justified as the hanging chad fiasco ruling was issued on December 12, 2000.
Once the Insurrection clauses are invoked the President has absolute authority over State and Federal officials as well as persons that are creating, aiding or failing to act against those that are creating the disturbances or breaking the law.
He can stop the prog fraud, out of control chief election officials or election board/commission from counting disqualified or late mail ballots.

First, the state legislatures have to fail to use their power to settle electoral vote issues in their states.
Second, any states that have enough chaos to keep from certifying a winner would also fail to certify House races on the same ballots. A Democrat control of the House would not be assured.
Third, any states that abstain from the Electoral College will not stop the Electoral College from meeting. The 270 threshold will be reduced by half the Electoral Votes of each state that doesn't participate.
So, it's unlikely that no candidate will reach a majority of appointed Electors, and it's not a given that Pelosi would be Speaker of an ensuing House.
