I’ve managed to avoid Hannity for a few months, but did make a point to watch a recent one — Monday night’s, I think — and it was excellent. Not him or his annoying presentation, but the info.
Back when I used to wear suits every day, I came up with all sorts of creative ways to tuck my shirt in. The goal was to ensure that everything was flat and straight, with no bulges anywhere from a lumped up shirt. I dont know about Rudy, but it took years before I found a method that worked 90% of the time.

Me, either. I just don’t wear shirts that need tucking. I also never sat down to put on socks before I turned 137. Times change.

Yes, I agree 100%, just released all of the materials in their entirety. These folks dribbling it out are no different than the FBI hiding. The end result is nothing comes out, no one is held accountable.

People need to watch the movie.
The whole premise of his movie was that he was trying to redeem himself at home by presenting Mike Pence with a new bride—his 15 year old daughter. The daughter was played by a very cute 24 year old actress.
If you saw the first movie you know Cohen is pretty good at talking unsuspecting people into doing stuff and saying stuff that is inappropriate.
I watched it the other night. The entire scene with Rudy consisted of two sections. One section was in a fake interview. The girl was acting as a reported and she was all nervous about interviewing Rudy. He tried to calm her down. He WAS doing some “calming down” touching that I thought was not anything I’ve ever seen a politician do with a young female reporter. My wife WAS a young female reporter (25 years ago) and she was uneasy about it. There were few edits in that part.
I worked in video editing for a while—at a local level, not movies or anything like that. But I recognize edits.
The second part of the scene was when they went into the bedroom. It wasn’t “clear” why they went in there. There was nothing inappropriate in terms of conversation. There were a LOT of edits. So, I tend to believe Rudy when he describes what he was doing.
The part when Borat comes in and says she is 15 is part of the script—not an actual accusation.
The Borat character was dressed in a nut-sack and was telling Rudy he could “take him instead.”
If it were anyone one else, no one would be up in arms—as the scene, in the context of the movie, was funny. If you thought the rest of this “schitck” is funny.
People on FR who defend their republican “heroes” need to relax and understand this was all part of a script. If you do go watch the parts with Rudy, watch them all. The first part was, as the kids say, “Creepy AF.” The second part was so edited and fast, it was harmless.
But like everything else this next week we are seeing people respond viscerally, with...as the guy said, “their lizard brain.”
