The Judge has ruled in our case against Gavin Newsom. We won. The Judge found good cause to issue a permanent injunction restraining the Governor from issuing further unconstitutional orders.
:)
Twitter is not the author.
Not fully sure of the whole of it as he has issued so many. But either way this is awesome news for us Californians that believe in freedom.
OK I know you guys all hate Disneyland here, but Disneyland owes me $1600 (4 day passes for 4 people) and I want to take my teens before they graduate from high school and move out of my house! LOL.
Great news today.
Perhaps we can have Thanksgiving with more than 6 people and 3 households? The great tyrant has been brought down a notch?
Schools can reopen without 6 feet between each desk?

Sutter County judge rules that Gov.
@GavinNewsom
‘s executive order enacting safeguards on the general election was improper. That won’t affect the election, or decision to mail ballots to CA voters, since the California Legislature enacted that into law afterward.

Judge Sarah Heckman rules that the state Emergency Services Act is constitutional. That act gives Newsom his authority to take sweeping action during a state of emergency.

However, the judge also enjoined — or prohibited — Newsom from issuing executive orders creating new law under that act. The act gives the governor authority to suspend state regulations and rules, but not create new law. Only the legislature can create new law.

Here’s the full ruling, which is officially a tentative decision. Both parties will have an opportunity to respond. The governor’s office may ask for the final order to be stayed until it can be appealed. https://suttercourts.com/sites/default/files/press_releases/Gallagher%20and%20Kiley%20v.%20Newsom.pdf?fbclid=IwAR3IFtoCj0OMacgoZu8QcxnnqUi1fGa1__9DjOXG9TC_IjAk42D1Mcs_17E
Good. We will soon know what this rules actually means.
At very least, I hope they allow more schools to reopen.
There are very few new cases of the virus, yet most schools remain locked up.

Tremendously vague victory.
And this person is a lawyer. Clearly doesn’t understand Twatter.
Announces a big legal ruling against Newsome in California and tells us nothing what it’s about.

“Perhaps we can have Thanksgiving with more than 6 people and 3 households? The great tyrant”
Yes.
It was psycho crazy what he was trying to enforce.
Thanksgiving would be illegal under his decrees.
That’s pretty vague as to what orders they’re referring to isn’t it? Any more specifics?
This is a bit like declaring victory without saying just what the victory is and then noting it is tentative. No different than the unwanted boyfriend being told I’m Busy, thus leaving open that maybe, maybe sometime, the answer might be different. What a waste of time.
Newson has said that he will not allow anybody in California to get vaccinated with the upcoming vaccines. Newsom said that he does not trust the FDA or Trump’s FDA. I cannot wait to see him try to enforce that b.s. The U.Sl military is going to be administering the vaccine as soon as it is ready.
no one i know follower his Halloween orders, people were trick or treating in Kern and LA county, Newscum is barking at the moon if he thinks people are obeying
Hahaha - Ive got four day passes (good any time) from the 70s - probably cost $100 back then
exerpts from link below:
“The lawsuit was brought about by California Assemblymembers James Gallagher (R-Yuba City) and Kevin Kiley (R-Rocklin).”
“Judge Sarah Heckman ruled that Newsom’s executive No. N-67-20 was indeed unconstitutional.
The order required that all California residents registered to vote in the Nov. elections receive vote-by-mail ballots. The order also required one voting place per 10,000 residents be available from Oct 31 to Nov 2 for at least 8 hours.”
“The ruling does not affect the Governor’s stay-at-home orders, as local State Senator Melissa Melendez pointed out.”
https://kesq.com/news/california/2020/11/02/judge-rules-against-gov-newsom-in-lawsuit-challenging-executive-order/
the judge’s order also doesn’t affect the 2020 elections.
In case you’re interested: Demonstrably, Gov. Newsom does not care about the law or what some judge has to say about his unlawful/unconstitutional actions. However, Newsom likely cares a lot about doing what George Soros instructs him to do.
