I don't know election law either. But it's not going to be simple to challenge these registrations.

Not can you plausibly do it with even 90 percent, sice it ostensibly requires some action on the part of every voter.
I agree. The voter rolls need to be verified. The ballots need to be crosschecked to see if there are multiple votes from the same person. Also, any of these last minute registration need to be checked to see if they are legitimate residents of the state.
You can click through to see the numbers. The 90 percent also include same day registrations. It's not going to be easy to fight this. The same day registration votes are sitting in the same piles as the regular votes so they can't be pulled out if they are invalid. They should be provisional like other states.

True. I’ve read of this sort of thing, more voters than population, happening, for years. But nothing is done, with few exceptions. And then it takes years.

I have just one question that should be asked. If all these votes for Biden are real votes from real voters, then why aren’t the Senate and House seeing dozens of newly elected Democrat members? I just can’t imagine all these people voted Biden and then Republican on the down ballot choices.

Anyone caught/convicted of voter fraud should be facing a death penalty sentence.
What you are describing is a tell tale sign of voter fraud. Fraudsters usually fill out a vote for one candidate. It talks time to fill out the whole ballot. They are in such a hurry they only fill in one - the target.

It is my considered opinion, that those folks using the word Democracy to describe our Government:
1. Don’t know any better, and should.
2. Somewhere along the line failed American History.
3. Fail to recognize Democracy is basically mob rule. Certainly not what the founders attempted to give us.
4. Are Democrats with an agenda.
5. Are part of the Communist Cabal seeking the overthrow of the USA.
6. Could be some or all of the above 5.
7. Should be hanged by the neck until dead if convicted of the Treason they attempt by the incorrect use of the word Democracy.
8. Ok maybe 6 is a bit too much but as you can see with this election we may have waited too long before coming to the conclusion we are a R E P U B L I C “if we can keep it”.
Strike the word from your vocabulary, it has no relevance in the USA, other than a description of what we are NOT.

That alone would be impressive. To reach 200%, it would take, for example, a district with 5,000 voters to have all 5,000 registered voters vote *plus* you would have to then register 5,000 new same-day registrations. Take any combination you want. there is no way to rationally explain a 200% voter participation.
I believe the democrats panicked when they saw the early results coming in. It was obvious to them that they had not created enough fraudulent votes to win.
The solution? Shut down counting for the night, send everyone home, and make more...ALOT MORE fraud votes and dump them on the rolls in the dead of night.
The problem is, there simply was not enough room on the rolls to fit all the fraud needed to win. This will be their undoing.
It also shows how much true support there is out there for Trump. They literally could not overcome the true vote without raising all kinds of statistical alarm bells.
Wards, not districts. High turnout but certainly not 100%. Here in rural VIrginia we drive up to 10 miles to vote, and we got 75%. They probably got 80% or more since the voting is nearby.
Numbers were 640 registered with 1290 votes in the highest ward. Getting 700 people to same day register is certainly doable but almost certainly contains some fraudulent registrations. There's a huge problem here because those ballots are mixed with the rest. WIthout the same-days that ward would probably have been majority Trump, so they can't just pull a percentage of ballots. They can't do it over. They can only check the same-days and say "yeah, a bunch of fraud" but it can't be fixed.
