In every communist takeover, one of the first steps has been to destroy the country’s history and heroes.

The theory being that the people must have something to believe in. It is a basic human trait.

When the people no longer have their history to believe in, they turn to the communist party and its leaders. Hence pictures of Mao, Stalin, Castro, etc. on every wall in every building in the country.

We are fast approaching the point of no return.

the memorials and monuments don’t belong to DC they belong to everyone in the USA, being ‘national’ monuments and all.

Founders are also ‘national’ heros, not local heros. So hands off their names, too.
