It’s by the new Congress, not the current one, so it’s an even better distribution for the President. There are 26 R delegations, 19 D delegations and 4 split delegations, with one more delegation to be decided in an uncalled race as either split or R.

The irony is huge here. We are supposed to believe now that the votes for Trump in this local election were highly accurate. So, no need for a recount. While at the same time, we are supposed to believe that in states like PA, WI, and MI, the votes for Biden were accurate. And of course again, no need for a recount.

AFL-CIO/USPS organized mass mail ballot stuffing is only legit when a Republican is on the ballot.
Only if no irregularities are found, at least in Nevada. If all states had that statute, the whole country would have to vote again. Perhaps we need to make that a Federal law when it comes to Federal election races. 8>)
